“UZU” means 'swirling water' where many of the strongest fish of its kind reside. Our owner, Mr. Bo Choi, and Chef Dung found themselves together and realized they shared the same passion for the love of the finest quality sushi. They have since spent many days and nights and combined their talents to open this cozy and small sushi bar with best quality sushi, sashimi and more. Mr. Choi is experienced in managing successful restaurants around the Philadelphia and knows first hand how a Philadelphian expects the best in service, quality and atmosphere. |
